British Chieftain - 4RTR (Tamiya)

Reference from Imperial War Museum Duxford
Chieftain tank commission. The elephant eyes reference is from the Imperial War Museum Duxford. Fighting or 'A' vehicles of the 4th Royal Tank Regiment carried a distinctive "Chinese" eye on each side, a tradition continued by the 1st Royal Tank Regiment upon amalgamation. Tanks were generally named, with all names beginning with the letter "D". Examples of names include Destroyer, Dakeyne, etc. The Chieftain was in service with the British Army until 1995.

Have you ever tried to copy the USSR tanks? Their construction is extremely easy.

What do you use to mould the polystyrene together when making a plinth for it to sit on?
